I’m a researcher by passion, hobby, and by profession. I like to ask ‘why’ – and it’s great to do what I love for a living.
I come from the corporate world, having worked with Coca-Cola, Colgate, Gatorade, and Quaker – all large companies – but I started on the agency side. I’ve been wanting to come back. Now, here I am at Zappi.
I started to have a relationship with people at Zappi by getting to know them at industry events, and every interaction I had with them just made me understand them more and trust them more. I really enjoyed their personality, their culture, and the way they’re always looking towards the future. As a client, I wanted to be a part of that.
I wanted to see what I could do with my traditional research methods and take them to the future. Then the opportunity popped up to actually become a part of the Zappi team.
I’ll admit: I didn’t really understand the job description for ‘Client Transformation’ (I probably still don’t) and maybe I never will. But that’s what I love about the business; Zappi is in a state of permanent change and permanent improvement. We’re always evolving by using the platform, using our clients, and using our partner team.
Together, we’re working to leverage our tech to get further with research, push it, to make it more agile and results-oriented for our clients. So, I’m really excited to be a part of the action.
