The industry’s fastest-growing automated consumer insights platform, Zappi, has appointed Z Johnson as its new VP of Customer Transformation. Johnson is brought on to evolve how Zappi’s customers access and leverage their insights and turn them into a competitive advantage.
In her last role at Microsoft, Johnson led organizational development of a 90-person market research department, the end goal being complete digitization. In addition, her experience spans serving on the Board of Directors for Market Research Institute, hosting the MRXplorer podcast, and managing the Microsoft Office 365 satisfaction study at Ipsos.
Johnson’s extensive credentials will drive product portfolios and help brands transform in today’s digital world.
