Z commented on her new role, saying: “My personal passion in the insights industry is prompting thoughts on how we can be continuously evolving to keep up with the speed of business while still adhering to research best practices.

Zappi caught my attention as one of the companies in this space doing just that: moving the industry forward in a way that maintained the integrity of the research being performed while simultaneously taking advantage of technology’s ability to automate various functions. I’m really excited to be joining the team and contributing to the mission of helping insights teams transform.”
